**Fitgram App Terms and Conditions**

**1. Introduction**

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Fitgram application ("Fitgram" or "the App") provided by StudiosTV ("the Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing, registering, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

c. You understand that any fitness or dietary information provided should not replace advice from professionals. Always consult with a healthcare provider before starting any new exercise or diet plan.

**6. Restrictions**

You may not:

a. Use the App for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms.
b. Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the App without express written permission from us.
c. Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the App.

**7. Intellectual Property**

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by StudiosTV and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. 

**8. Termination**

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App for violations of these Terms or any other reason at our sole discretion, without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, StudiosTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
